The skies unleashed a bucket load of rain on Dunedin just as we arrived drenching everything on the hill, including me! Race day cleared up significantly and early morning practice and qualifying was rain-free but more slippery due to the baking mud. Song is 'Pump up the Doorbell' a White Stripes/Audiosurf mashup. The first round of the national downhill series hits sunny Queenstown and to the recently built Remarkables downhill track. Weeks of sun and lack of rain made the conditions dusty, loose and fast.
